Yes, we ship to almost every country the world.  Please note: International orders are subject to import, duties, and customs taxes, which may be applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Most of the time you will not have to sign for your shipment. All orders will have tracking number assigned to them as they ship, so we will know when your items were delivered. Higher valued orders may have signature requirements.

Our items are sourced from vendors in the US, India, Asia, Canada and South America. We take pride in establishing relationships with vendors who provide the highest quality products as well as maintain an equally high level of sustainable practices in their businesses. We also take the time to sample each item to ensure it meets our (and therefore - your) expectations.

The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours of checkout. Please check your spam or trash folder - sometimes it may end up there.  If you would like us to resend the confirmation email, please request it by emailing us at support@zenwonderful.com.
